A few weeks ago Jake and I got some new furniture and it came in some boxes that Jake thought would work really well for the kids to make armor with. So, he told them he had a surprise for them and then presented them with the boxes. At first I think they were a little disappointed with the surprise, but the next day (with some help from mom) this was the end result....
We even looked up some real coat of arms pictures to help in the decorating.
James designed his own helmet.
Many battles have been fought and a lot of fun has been had! Thanks Dad!

Oh this is so fun! It's amazing how much fun cardboard can be. My daughter Michelle posted pictures of her children playing with the cardboard from their new bedroom furniture too. Your new family picture is darling. I miss you all!

Me too! I love the new family picture! Your kids all have their own look, I love being able to see them side-by-side. Awesome box fun! You two are the best parents ever!
