Yipee! Warm Weather

The warm weather is finally here and we have been enjoying it this week. On Thursday we went for a little hike and enjoyed some dinner along the way. Today we also went on a hike further up the same trail and never did find the waterfall we were looking for. There are four pictures of our hiking adventures. The Little Cottonwood Canyon is very beautiful and it is nice to have it so close. I planted pumpkins, squash, onions, green beans in my little garden last Saturday and we are looking forward to seeing things popping out. We have some tomato, pepper, and carrot plants growing inside and it has been fun to watch them emerge from the soil and get bigger and bigger. Hopefully we will have some yummy produce to enjoy later this summer! We have had a busy week and have enjoyed trips to the library and park. James wanted to learn more about tornadoes after watching a news story on them and so we checked out a few books on storms. We love going to the library and go at least once a week.
